Deaf Heritage Bricks
Would you like to honor, memorialize, or make a tribute to a special someone, couple, or family on a brick that will be laid outside along our walkways in front of the building? Please fill out application below.
All Bricks are 4" x 8" each. Each brick may contain up to 3 lines of letters or characters, with a maximum of 21 letters/ characters each line. All text is centered unless otherwise specified. Check image below for an example.

The cost of each brick is $75 (this is tax-deductible). After you fill out the application below, you have a few options for payment. You can pay by credit card (you will be automatically directed to a credit card payment page after you click on submit). Or you can print your emailed receipt of submission and send with a check or money order to Museum of Deaf History, Arts & Culture, 455 East Park Street, Olathe, KS 66061. You are also welcome to stop by and drop this application off with your payment as well. Thank you!
